  • To process and fulfill your order, including generating shipping labels
  • To send order confirmation and shipping tracking emails
  • To contact you about your order if there is an issue
  • To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our store:

  • Square — payment processing. Your payment card data is handled directly by Square under their Privacy Policy.
  • Shippo — shipping label generation and carrier integration. Shipping address and order data are shared with Shippo to generate labels.
  • Supabase — secure cloud database that stores order and customer information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and shipping notifications.
  • Vercel — website hosting. Basic request logs (IP address, browser) may be retained per Vercel's standard practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records and associated personal information for a minimum of three (3) years for accounting and business record purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — we will remove your information from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses a minimal session cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of any marketing communications (we rarely send any)

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store your full card number. Our database is protected by role-based access controls and encrypted in transit.
